Sprout Mobile Now Serving Lunches for Kids
Starting June 15th, and continuing through August 28th, the Sprout program will service six local parks and neighborhood greenspaces daily, Monday through Friday. Children at these locations will receive a free lunch that includes an entree, fruit, vegetable, and a treat.
A nice story, but…
Once upon a time, a father, his son, and a friend of his son were sailing off the Pacific Coast when a storm capsized the boat and the three were swept into the waters. Grabbing a rescue line, the father had to make the most difficult decision of his life; to which boy he would throw the other end of the life line? He only had seconds to make the decision.
