Eucharistic Ministers Needed

We all need the Eucharist in order to grow in virtue and find the happiness we desire. The Catechism of the Catholic Church describes how vital the Eucharist is for us: “What material food produces in our bodily life, Holy Communion wonderfully achieves in our spiritual life. Communion with the flesh of the risen Christ…preserves, increases, and renews the life of grace received at Baptism. This growth in Christian life needs the nourishment of Eucharistic Communion” (Catechism of the Catholic Church, 1392, at The Holy See, www.vatican.va).

Eucharistic Ministers of Holy Communion assist the priest in giving spiritual nourishment to the faithful who receive the Eucharist. Please consider assisting the priest as a Eucharistic Minister of Holy Communion. If you would like to volunteer, please contact our parish office for more information.
