De la Fe a la Vida.
Evangelio de Lucas 24:13-35
Aprendamos de Jesus y los discipulos de Emaus.
Seis procesos en la realizacion de nuestra mision:
- Ser. Los discipulos de Jesus lo reconocen en la fraccion del pan.
- Ver. Como seguidores suyos, analizan su gran tristeza y desilusion al ver sus esperanzas sobre el Mesias prometido evaporadas con la muerte de Jesus.
- Juzgar. El companero de jornada comparte la Sagrada Escritura y los discipulos empiezan a ver su experiencia desde la perspectiva de los profetas.
- Actuar. Los discipulos invitan a su companero a compartir la cena y a seguir platicando; el acepta.
- Celebrar. En el partir del pan, los discipulos reconocen a Jesus y, seguros de que ha resucitado, celebran el encuentro con el corazon ardiendo de alegria.
- Evaluar. A la luz de esta nueva experiencia, los discipulos disciernen lo que deben hacer y deciden regresar a la comunidad, comenzando de nuevo la mision como discipulos transformados por Jesus, con su fe reafirmada, su esperanza renovada y un gran amor a Dios y a sus hermanos, con quienes ansian compartir su experiecia del resucitado.

*Que es lo que estan diciendo los seis procesos sobre la experiencia que estamos viviendo durante esta pandemia?
*Estamos descubriendo algo que nos ayudaran despues?
*Como celebraremos la Eucaristia despues de tantas semanas?
*Viviremos una “nueva experiencia” con nueva gente y/o las ovejas perdidas?
*La pandemia esta dandonos un “Corazon ardiendo?”

From Faith to Life. Gospel of Luke 24: 13-35
Let’s learn from Jesus and the disciples of Emmaus.
Six processes in the realization of our mission:
1. Being. Jesus’ disciples recognize him in the breaking of bread.
2. See. As his followers, they analyze their great sadness and disappointment when they see their hopes for the promised Messiah evaporated with the death of Jesus.
3. Judge. The companion of the day shares the Holy Scripture and the disciples begin to see their experience from the perspective of the prophets.
4. Act. The disciples invite their partner to share the dinner and to continue talking; he agree.
5. Celebrate. In the breaking of bread, the disciples recognize Jesus and, sure that he is risen, celebrate the meeting with a heart burning with joy.
6. Evaluate. In light of this new experience, the disciples discern what to do and decide to return to the community, beginning the mission again as disciples transformed by Jesus, with their faith reaffirmed, their hope renewed and a great love for God and his brothers. , with those who long to share their experience of the risen one.

* Are we discovering something that will help us later?
* How will we celebrate the Eucharist after so many weeks?
* Will we have a “new experience” with new people and / or the lost sheep?
* The pandemic is giving us a “Burning Heart?”
