We whip up a batch of buttermilk pancakes every third Sunday (with the exception of summer months). The batter is made from scratch with real buttermilk, flour, sugar and all the mystery ingredients to make our pancakes world-famous! We also provide sausage or ham, potatoes with green peppers, onions and seasonings with juice and coffee for a very reasonable $7/adults and $5/children 8 to 12 years of age (youngsters under 8 eat free). Each Sunday a team of about 8 to 10 Knights sets tables in the Parish Hall, cooks and cleans up. Join Us!
