In conjunction with raising grant money through Old Bill’s Fun Run for the Community Lunch Program, the parish leadership has been listening to feedback from parishioners regarding the program. The primary goal for the next three months is to create and nurture a solid group of program volunteers. This program is a church-wide min-istry and the intention is that volunteers them-selves feel loved, welcomed and spiritually challenged. What are your thoughts? What would it take for this program to offer an enriching volunteer opportunity to you? We have already changed one thing in response to volunteer feedback. We are now giving volunteers the option to bring their own groceries and prepare the meal of their choice. This is the first of various positive changes that will be made to improve the quality of our Community Lunch Program. We invite you to in this journey.
