Position Title: Director of Youth and Young Adult Ministry, Holy Spirit Catholic Community, Rock Springs, WY
Holy Spirit Catholic Community is seeking to hire a Director of Youth and Young Adult Ministry. The Youth Minister will focus on building and growing youth ministry efforts. The Youth Minister is responsible for 6-12 Grade Youth Ministry (junior high youth group, high school youth group, and working with a 2-year Confirmation preparation. Other programs as needed and desired can be added). Focus would be needed to create a vibrant young adult ministry that encompasses the needs of young adults in all walks of life (single, newlyweds, and families).
Candidate must be an active, practicing Catholic in good standing, with excellent communication and organizational skills. Be able to organize and recruit a team of volunteers to assist with the development of programs and events. A BA in Theology/Faith Formation or parish experience is preferred. Ability in Spanish is preferred. Salary DOE
