We’ve come upon a “self-study” Adult Faith Formation program that parishioners might be interested in. Offered by Bishop Robert Barron’s “Word on Fire”, the program, entitled “Dei Verbum”, takes you through the Church’s central document on divine revelation (“what God has definitively told us about Himself”).
Dei Verbum (“The Dogmatic Constitution on Divine Revelation”), is a beautiful document from the 2nd Vatican Council. Upon signing up for the free program, you will receive a reading plan so you can start this study on November 8th, asking you to spend about 20 minutes a day for two weeks in reading and study; you’ll also receive several videos to watch.
