Locate Our Lady of the Mountains
| Our Lady of the Mountains Church is located at 201 S. Jackson Street in the town of Jackson, just three blocks west of the town square (elk antler arches at each corner) and then three blocks south. The church seats 610 people. The parish consists of about 700 families with an additional Latino population of over 200 families.

Chapel of the Sacred Heart is our summer chapel, located within beautiful Grand Teton National Park on the south shore of Jackson Lake. The Chapel is located a half mile north of Signal Mountain Lodge and a half mile south of the Jackson Lake dam. Built in the 1930s, the chapel has been remodeled most recently in 2003 in honor of the American spirit following the tragedy of 9/11. The Chapel is a beautiful rustic log structure in the pine trees. The Chapel seats about 140 people and regular weekend masses are celebrated during the summer months of June through September.
Holy Family Church is located at the north end of the town of Afton, Wyoming, about 70 miles south of Jackson in Star Valley. Sunday Mass is celebrated at 10:30 AM throughout the year.
